PARTICIPANT TUITION PACKAGE: The tuition package of $2,997 covers:

  • University of Hawai’i dorm room accommodations; three meals per day
  • All tours and activities
  • All ground transportation
  • Two camp uniforms
  • Camp instruction, instructional video
  • Classroom materials
  • Camp music and 2024 camp/team photos
  • Polynesian Cultural Center’s Villages,
    Buffet Dinner, and Night Show
  • Lei greeting at the Honolulu airport, plus airport transportation.
  • The tuition price does not include round-trip airfare to Honolulu.

PAYMENTS: A deposit of $200 is required to lock in your spot. The deposit is fully refundable if we are notified within 30 days
of paying the deposit that you will not be attending. The total cost of the camp is explained in the above paragraph (the deposit goes toward the total amount). The final payment is due by April 1, 2024. If paid after April 1st, an additional $200 will
be added to your tuition. There will be a $25.00 fee for any returned check.

CANCELLATION/REFUND INFORMATION: In the event that CheerHawaii USA is unable to hold camp for any reason, we will refund all monies that have been paid to us back to each registered cheerleader. If you need to cancel due to illness or injury, we will refund any payments you have made if you send us your doctor’s
