CheerHawaii USA - Selection Process

The CheerHawaii USA Invitational Summer Invitational is a once in a lifetime opportunity for those cheerleaders that are selected. That is why our nomination and selection process is very detailed. At the beginning of each school year we work with thousands of high school varsity cheer coaches from all 50 states. We ask each coach to nominate his or her most deserving cheerleader(s) to be considered for selection to the camp.

Our selection committee seeks student/cheerleaders with the following qualities:

a) Good basic cheer skills

b) Leadership abilities

c) Desire to learn and improve

d) Excellence in academics

e) Positive attitude

After reviewing hundreds of nominations and conducting interviews with the coaches, the CheerHawaii selection committee extends an invitation to those that fit our profile.

Nominations for the 2010 camp are open to current sophomores and juniors. Current seniors will be considered on a limited basis and coach's recommendation.
